We accept MasterCard and VISA at checkout.
NEW! We now accept checks (for continental US orders ONLY) thru the mail or credit cards by
phone. Simply select Mail Payment at checkout when prompted for payment method. Your order
will be submitted and held until payment is received. Orders will be held for 15 business days. If
payment has not been received within 15 business days, the order will be cancelled. You can
also call in a credit card number to 800-777-4846 or fax your credit card number with expiration
date to 800-780-9066. Please reference your order number that is given to you when the order
has been placed. We only need the 5 digits at the end of the order number:
yhst-1458896552723-12997. Please be aware that we can not guarantee the availability of
product ordered at the time payment is received.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR THE 50 US STATES
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used
are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We are on the West Coast, so
UPS shipments may take up to 4-7 business days from date of shipment. Holidays and weekend
days are not counted. We will ship your order expedited upon request for the additional cost.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Some orders may require size or weight surcharges.
You will be notified in advance if surcharges are required. The shipping rates are as follows:
CANADA, INTERNATIONAL, U.S. TERRITORIES, APO, or FPO addresses:
Overseas shipping tends to be expensive and, unfortunately, we can not guarantee that your
package will arrive in perfect condition or the speed at which it will arrive. These orders will only
show a handling fee of $2.00. The actual cost of shipping will be added to the order once the
actual freight cost is determined. We are required by law to list the price you paid for our
products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your
shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange
payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government.
Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some
international shipments, a $5 (or local equivalent) "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is
charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges. If delivery of a
package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your
credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
If you wish to know the cost of shipping your package, please let us know in the comments when
checking out. We will gladly email you prior to sending the package.
RETURNS
You may return a non-seasonal item for refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment
date. You must email us at retail@shopsuzyszoo.com to obtain an RMA number. The returned
item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging. We reserve
the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. Return instructions and any applicable fees will be
emailed to you along with an RMA number to write on the outside of the package.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If
you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing
statement.
After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. No exceptions.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax in California and New York. Sales tax of 9.75% will be added
to orders shipped in California and 8% to orders shipped to New York.
